We are incurring cost towards consultancy, travel, technical opinion for our new business project. And we expect the project will commence its commercial operations in 2016-17. In bs where to disclose the above expenses. As CWIP ?

yes. the expenses incurred before the commencement of the project, WHEN IT IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE PROJECT, shall be treated as CWIP.
