I THINK SO IT IS 711. AS PER TAX SOFTWARE'S CALCULATION.
Cost inflation index for FY 2011-12 is 754.And Gaurav CII for FY 2010 -11 is 711 not for FY 2011-12.
From where can i get the refrence to check out the CII of FY 2011-12...???

it is 785 for financial year 2011-12
