i have already filed the GSTR 3b return. by oversight one of the purchase invoice was not considered and is not reflected in the return. Total Tax liability is already set off against ITC (no need to pay tax). Can we make changes to GSTR 3B. Can we rectify the mistake while filing GSTR 2.
