if my profit excceds 5 crore any time preceeding three financial year but not ecxeed 5 crore last year and these year also so is it necessary to spend expenditure 9n csr activities.?

For example your last year is 2018 - 19 and your preceeding 3 financial year 2018-19,2017-18,2016-17 so u r require to spen 2% of average profits of 3 financial year.
