Hiii
Company A has given a corporate guarantee to Company B.
Can sumone please tell me whether Co. A has to file any form with the ROC.
And any other formalities it needs to comply with the ROC

Its not mandatory to Fil Form 8 to ROC but if bank demand than you hav to file

I think Form 8 is required to be filed.
Please confirm
because as per section 124 of the Companies act 1956 ,Corporate Guarantee in not included in the List so we need not have to File Form 8

Yes. But in general practice, it is strongely recommended to file Form 8 even though the bank demand for the same.

Can you tell that We have to File Form 8 for BOth the Company or Just that Company in whose favour we are taking the Guarantee
