dear friends, I have appeared for the second group in nov' attempt.. i had an exemption in ISCA.. and thus had to give 3 papers.. i was very sure of passing as i had gave my percent efforts.. since,i could not make it,i have decided to get the answer sheets under RTI Act,but am unable to find any procedure to do so. Please help me by giving a link or any infomation related to the procedure to claim the answer sheets.
