Old Course 1022 views 8 replies

It was my last attempt of PE II in Nov 08 & still awaiting results, in case the result is negitive, what is the next step for me to go further as a CA student. Do i want to re-register for PCC/IPCC & also simultaneously join for article, if so kindly let me know what is the procedure.

Thanks.

you have one attempt in may-09-after this you have to convert in pcc-no further articleship required

hi

You can continue your CA course and you can appear in PE – II examination up to May, 2009. As per the new scheme of CA education, switch over facility from PE-II to PCC/ IPCC is not available till May, 2009 examination to the candidates who registered for PE-II based on their degree/ graduation examination.

 thanks balsubramanya for answering

Is there conversion from PCC to IPCC after clearing two groups in PCC. In order to write the final exams in the last six months of articleship.

hello

i dont think you can get that option...

thanks balasubramanya

Hi ,

I have cleared Group 2 in PE2 and have secured an exemption in the Law paper. May 2009 is the last attempt for PE2 and will be my 5th attempt overall (including one attempt where i cleared the 2nd group). I have always had problems with the audit paper. What will be my status after May 2009 , if I clear Accounts with 60+ marks but fail in Audit ?

Also is it possible for me to start articles by converting into the new course ?
