One of our Client is Government Contractor. He is working since last ten years as propreitor. Now he wants to convert his propreitorship concern into Pvt Ltd. The point is whether the work/assignments done under individual name will be considered as wok experience for the proposed Pvt Ltd because Govt departments allots tenders on the previous work experience basis.
I think the the same will not be held good in eyes of government as experienced firm because Company is different from its directors. But yes, on personal relations and experience the director may get the tenders in future
