Hello,
I want to convert one private limited company into LLP. I have one doubt, I also need to change the name of company. While coverting company into LLP we have to apply for name availability in E-form LLP-1 with ROC.
In case of name change i have following doubts:
1. During conversion process we have to create LLP in same name in which company already exist.
2. While applying to ROC for name availabilty can we apply for name diffrent from the company's name which will get convert in LLP.
3. or we have to create LLP with same name of the existing company and after conversion we have to apply for name change?
Kindly suggest the best option.
