As like PF contribution ...the contribution made on the Acc of ESIC ..also Get refunded when v leave the Job.
For example: Mr. X wrk in frm where he get salary of rs10000 ,pf deducted ,esic deducted
now mr x leave job after one year....total Accumulated Amt reicve by Mr. X =salary of lst month+accumulated amt of PF+(whether he receive accumulated ESIC amt?????)
Amount contributed to ESIC will not get refunded when one leave the job.
ESIC is only for availing medical facilities in case of illness, sick , as well as cash benefits in certain cases like maternity benefit in case of women employees etc., during the period of your employment.
