Is there a specific format for consent letter for Place of Residence? I have given my my residence address for POR and they need a consent letter from my husband (the house being in his name).
If yes, please share.

For staying with your spouse no consent letter is required,under any law......mjk
I had thought so too, but when I went to get the documents verified I was told I will need to get the consent letter. I even showed them the marriage certi but that was not enough.
