Computer software maintenance charge
When i m paying computer sofware maintenance fee every month, under what section tds on such payment be deducted?????...is it 194C or 194J ??? Please advise.

IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AS ANNUAL MAINTANANCE CHARGES AND TDS @ 2% WILL BE DEDUCTED,
SECTION 194C WILL BE APPLICABLE
