Will the expenses of appealing in a court for enhanced compensaton be allowed as an expense from the enhanced compensation received by the assessee??????

look in the order by court, if the order is issued including cost and conveyence then allowed, otherwise not.
It may be deductable as cost of transfer. . . . . . . . Not sure about conditions.
