Yes Registered Dealer who are registered as a Composition dealer can purchase goods from other state
But He can't be sale other state
WHO CAN ISSUE BILL OF SUPPLY?
can't be sale other state means what?
it's means you can operate your business within state if you are composition dealer
BILL OF SUPPLY can be issue by composition dealer or within state stock transfer without gst pay
Bill of supply can be raised by a person who makes exempt supplies or by one who do not make taxable supplies. Composition dealer is a person who cannot charge GST on his outward supplies and hence he can issue Bill of Supply.
