I think the option is not available now. But, wait for any notification ll be given by CBEC. After you ll opt composition scheme.....
GST council has in its meeting on 9 th Sep 17 has extensive the date to 30 Sep 17

Does a person who currently in in Regular & now want to opt for composition, So they have to file July, Aug & Sept Return ??
Yes they will have e to file Jul, Aug, Sep Return
Composition scheme opened again for dealers today. You can now opt for it.
After opt for Composition, the portal is filling the return for Quartly only. Not for July, August & September. What to do ??
Then you have to file return as per composition from July.
