can a dealer or service provider registered under composition scheme sale of goods or provide service in any other state...

Composition scheme dealer cannot do any of the above mentioned activities.

i have stock of two wheelers spares,tyres,eng.oil worth rupees six lacs on 30 june 2017_i want to opt composition sceme.i have turnover over 22 lacs annual.
stock par tax dena padega ?,kitne month me tax pura dena padega ?

You will have to reverse any input tax credit claimed on stock. Last date to opt for composition scheme is 16th August 2017.

Following adopt composition
1 Manufacturers 2%
2 Traders 1%
3 Restaurant in services only 5%
