sir koi bata paega k "manufactured tobacco" business me ager turnover under 50 lac ho to composition scheme me register kara sakte he ya nai. or alag alag state ka rule alag hoga kya.....in gst

You can opt for composition.All over India same rule apply.

Yes but inter state supplier not elidible for composition scheme...
