composition itc claim
ek client octber se registration huya hai composition me, December me gen ho Gaya hai. abhi Tak koi return nehi vora hai. December gen return vorne ke liye ITC claim hoga kaya? Jo oct-dec purchase kiye hai o itc milega kaya.... please advice me

No ITC for registration under composition levy.
ITC available for regular levy. return to be filled on or before 20th of following month.
Return of composition levy is to be filled just after shifting to regular levy
