Turnover for Composition Levy is 75 lakhs for normal states and 50 lakhs for special states.
He is a retailer of textile shop and his turnover is less than 10lakhs... whether he can go under composition scheme ?? is there any problem in purchasing from outside the state ?? whether he can purchase within in the state ??
basically he cant go to compositions scheme , second if turnover more then 20 lakh then he can go to compositions scheme and he can buy from other state but cant sell to other state
