Can anyone let me know under which % sweet shop falls in composite scheme?

Is it 2% or 5%

2% says ppl who manufactur and 5% is for food and beverages

However sweet shop people manufacture the sweets

Then under which % they falls ?

If you are in the business of selling sweets after making them then in composition scheme it will be 2%. However if you are having a place with sitting facility so that people can have breakfast and snacks(certain big sweet houses have this) then rate is 5%
Hi Altamush i agree with your opinion but FSSAI issue the license for the (sweet shop) under food and beverages My point of worry is that this people falls under both the case on one side they manufacture and the other side they sales across the counter
Its not just food & beverages. Its composite supply - meaning there must be sale of goods along with service. As you are not providing service 2% will be applicable.
