If compliance certificates issued to the company are missing out on certain dates of Board Meetings, then what is the remedy to bring the compliance certificate in line with the law.
Please advice.

I am sorry, your question is not clear as to what do you exactly mean by "compliance certificate" issued by whom to the company? Pls elaborate your query to apply our mind to do the needful.

Ya, I have the same query like Anshu. If compliance certificate missed out certain issues and the same is filed with ROC, then wat is the remedy?
You have to file again Form 66 & 23AC with the corrected Compliance Certificate .

There is no other option instead of rivising form 66.
