Thanks for your suggetion. Can you exactly let me know? What is the benefit of making name approval online? Whether, they expect something if yes, how much? Whether in all online cases this practice is persisting?

Deep Narayan ji, although the MCA has online filing system but still in may cases we have to visit to concerened ROC if you are unable to go there then you should take help of some professional.

In my opinion, GRACE N CURE PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED OR GRACE N CURE LABORATORIES PRIVATE LIMITED both name will not be made available by the Registrar of Companies as CURE PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED or CURE LABORATORIES PRIVATE LIMITED or GRACE PHARMACEUTICALS PRIVATE LIMITED or GRACE LABORATORIES PRIVATE LIMITED all are registered with the ROC. Please go for other name. There is no need to visit the ROC offices personally.

N can be treated as initial of some name only, but it is clear that "N' stand for AND, so you have to mention the full word not its short form.

And for name approval it is neccessary to visit  ROC, they will let you know the special requirement if you want its approval in proper time.
