State the reasons in brief whether the following statements are
correct or incorrect:
1) It is the duty of those who issue the prospectus to be truthful in
all respects.
2) No company can appoint a whole time director for a term exceeding
five years at a time.
3) Participant is an agent for a depository and is registered as such
under the companies� act, 1956 to render depository services.
4) A trade union registered under the trade union act cannot be
registered as member and cannot hold shares in a company in its own
corporate name.
5) No valid allotment can be made on an oral request.
