Muje Company ka ITR file karna hai turnover bhi kam hai so iske liye audit ki zarurat hai kya

If Company's Turn Over less than 1cr then Tax audit not applicable as per sec 44AB...

But, Audit applicable as per Companies Act.

What do you mean by company ?
is it proprietory, partnership, pvt Ltd. ?
Turnover kitna hai ?

44AB audit applicable if turnover above 1 crore

But the company audit is mandatory


I assumed that company you mean is Pvt Ltd company
