Pls help me for below query from MCA
1)Independant activities should be removed from MOA.
2)Photo of subscribers should be affixed in sub. sheet of MOA and AOA and also witness should be given as specified pursuant to rule 13(1) in sub. Page of MOA/AOA.

In Point No. 2 , You have to attach a sheet containing Photograph of All the subscribers to MOA with their Full name.
E.G. MR. XYZ s/o/D/o ABC with Photograph.
Witness has to write as per rule 13(1) of Company Incorportaion Rules 2014.
Any one Please share me MOA of Fishing Company.
