Company requires to intimate to auditor about his appointment within seven days from date of AGM and thereafter auditor needs to file form 23B within 30 days from the date of receipt of intimation of appointment of auditor but your company could not complied with provisions of companies Act, 1956 However  you can file notice of appointment in GNL-2 with attachment ADT1 and notice with additional  fee.
