what is the limit of minimum members in a small company under (New) companies act 2013 and in what way it is different from private company or is it comes under the definition of private company..?? please explain me in simple words thanks in advance ...

There is no such concept as small company, infact there is one person company which is new.
The Companies Act 2013 identifies some companies as small companies based on their capital and turnover for the purpose of providing certain reliefs / exemptions to these companies.
It is not based on no. of members. Refer Section 2(85) of the CA, 2013.
