Friends, can you please tell me what are the compliances to be done by the companies upto June 30th 2014 like what are the documents to be filed with ROC and what resolutions to be passed? Also, now as per the new provisions are all the directors should hold DSC or only the WTD/MD?

Right now, MGT-14 has to be filed by every company in respect of Disclosure of Interest/Shareholding by Directors in MPB-1. As per Sec 117, Companies are reuqired to file certain resolution which includes Resolution for taking note on disclosure made by directors.
