Hi Raj,
Please tell us where you are employed, that is, is it under Central Government or State Government or Local Authority or Statutory Corporation? Because the exemption to government employees totally depends on the sector where you are employed.!
Leave encashment as it is exempted for Govt servants..... For Pension further details required.....
