can a person earning commission income on trading of particular product file return on d basis of presumptive income scheme?

If a person is earning commission on trading of a particular product and.. such trading of product is his business, A person can file return under PGBP under Presumptive Income Scheme.
If A person earning Commission based income then he can't avail presumptive scheme...
