means as we r dealer we pay 9 lakh rent yearly ... landlord unregistered ... are we able to pay gst on 9 lakh or its exempt ???
Yes, this will be subject to Reverse Charge. Consequently, you will have to pay GST on this transaction.
owner cant take gst .but payee should give reverse if 5000 limit cross
