co ownership rent
what will be gst on coowners rent of 30 lakhs. there are 2 coowners. will it be taxed as single entity or considered 15 lakhs per owner

since both the co owner has different pan no it will be considered as different.and rental income is coming 15 lkh n 15 lkh in diff bank accounts
