Co ownership of flat U/s 194 Ib
Mr. A pays rent of Rs. 26000/ to Mr.X and RS. 26000/ to Mr. Y per month for a same flat which is co owned by Mr. X and Mr. Y . whether Mr.A is liable to deduct TDS u/s. 194 Ib of income tax act ?

But as per my opinion you are not liable to deduct TDS if you are paying less than Rs. 50000 pm
