No because minors income is clubbed with either of his parents whose income is higher n if parents have died he himself will be liable for tax but under some Guardian who will help him out in taxation matters

No...in case the minor is an orphan section 64(1A) is not applicable and his income will not be clubbed with anyone..it will be taxable in his own hands only...

NO . income wont be clubbed but the responsibility of minors return is on his guardian.

Hi yu mean only for biological parents and not for adopted parents
