KINDLY LET ME KNOW WHAT IS PROCEDURE OF CLOSING A SOLE PROPERIETER FIRM AND ALSO CLOSING SERVICE TAX NUMBER.
I OPENED THE FIRM BUT HAS NOT BEEN ANY GOOD BUSINESS SINCE OPENING.
I HAVE DECIDED TO CLOSE THE FIRM
BUT DONT KNOW THE PROCEDURE.
SHOULD I TAKE SERVICES OF A COMPANY?
MY FIRM WAS REGISTERED IN DELHI UNDER 1908 REGISTRATION ACT
To Cancel your service tax registeration submit your registeration form (ST-2) to the jurisdictional superintendent of central excise.. they will verify and cancel it...and lastly file income tax return...
