you will made retirement deed.
in retirement deed you can decide what asset transfer in which partner as per his capital .
As per my view.,
In case the firm is two person then one of the partner will retire then the Partnership Firm is falling as Dissolution... Bcoz, If Firm then need at least 2persons...
