Clerical mistake while filing Dir-12

While filling Dir 12 for regularising additional director instead of CHANGE IN DESIGNATION I opted direct appointment.. now the person in signatory details visible as both additional director and as one of the directors 2 ways.. kindly can any expert suggest me the rectification

Please cancel the uploaded Form DIR 12 SRN through filing form GNL 1 with respective ROC and file fresh Form DIR 12

What are the attachments for that and will I get reimbursement of the amount as the director appointed with a late fee..

Reimbursement is not easy with MCA. Amount is not that high. Better focus rectification of mistake. Good Luck.
