Classification of sale under cst
We are a Pune based company.We have purchased goods from Chennai to execute a project at Customer's site located in Chennai. In such a situation whether Supplier should be charging CST or Local VAT??
Please help.

Sir,
Since there is no movememnt of goods for inter-sate trade,local tax only is payable and no CST.
