Pl confirm wether I can claim and using unclaimed TDS column in the Java Utility of Sabah Form no 1.
My return is ready hence request for an early reply.

claiming unclaimed TDS credits for AY 2014/15 in the return for AY 2017/18.

If it is carried forward by filling regular ITRs.......... you can claim in this year
it was not carried forward. by mistake in online filing it was not selected( ticked) for claim during the year in excellent Utility.
I filed revised return also but the same was not considered as it was after due date.
I never knew it has to be carried forward. however I have been filing return regularly.
So, for that TDS mismatch you can file rectification u/s. 154.
But you cannot claim the TDS in this year's ITR
