Sir/Madam,
i have sold my property which is agricultural land. TDS has been deducted but without tan number by buyer. Now for filing returns, how to Claim tda credit with out having TAN number of deductor. If TAN number is not given, the return will not accept the tds amountt..pls sugest..

There is a separate sub schedule in itr form for TDS deducted without TAN no u/s 194IA
