ABC Co. Pvt. Ltd. has received order of commissioner(Appeals) in its favour.
Now under which section the income tax officer will pass the order to give the appeal effect. Is it Sec. 154, 250 or no section. Please guide me.

You have to write a letter to Assessing officer for giving effect to CIT(A)'s order with a copy of CIT(A)'s order and request him to pass an order giving effect to CIT(A)'s order.
