I am married 30 yr old from Hyderabad(india), i have baby boy age 7 months. If i am taking a children policy for my baby and i will be paying the installments for that then will i get tax benefit on those installments under which section?

whether it is 80C or 80U,
i think 80C, as 80u deals with disability...
Under 80C deduction is allowed.
@ kavitha -i mean under sec80- u will get the deduction...'u' means addressing ementor
