I need to get Registration of a Dhaba under Karnataka Shop and Establishment Act and also Trade License.
Please kindly let me know whether we can do it online .
Also please provide the checklist for documents required.

After making online application in the said portal, do we again need to visit the department personally ?
One more thing do we first need trade license to get registration under Shop and establishment act ?
Please suggest.
I dont know about trade licence and you may have to visit department depending on approval of application
