Chartered accountant an appropriate career choice

My appeal to Institute is to improvise the standard of the Syllabus and exams.And ensure that one who pass out  from the exam and become chartered accountant should suppose to  posses the Good Communication skills and minimum practical exposure. 

Apart from concentrate on the Practical training most of the students are apperaing in the exams without undergoing the practicle training.
