Changes in the format of share certificate

Format of back side is also needed, though the same is not incorporated in SH-1.

Is is mandatory to print memorandum of transfer at the back side as the format has not prescribed anything on it ? please suggest as I have already printed but forgot to print at the back side what wil be the solution.

Of Course. You have to print the Memorandum of Transfer in the old format.

SIR , IS IT MANDATORY TO ISSUE SHARE CERTIFICATE AS PER COMPANIES ACT 2013, OR IS IT OK IF WE DO WITH COMPANIES ACT 1956

All certificates issued on or after 1.4.2014 have to be in the new format.  Existing companies are not required to change share certificates issued under CA 1956 as per new format.

thanx sir for the prompt reply , can i get the details of the meetings to be held by the private limited company , and the statutory books they are required to maintain.
