Changes in financial reporting due to companies act 2013

I dont think there exists any major ammendment on Financial Reporting for Nov.2014 attempt.

What i know till date is

1). NACAS is replaced by NFRA (National Finance Reporting Authority).

2). Revised Schedule VI is replaced by Schedule III of Companies Act 2013. But no need to worry because there is no change in format.

Note: There may exists other changes in Financial Reporting due to Companies Act 2013 which may be unknown to me.
