Yes, options of change of password through new Mobile No. and E mail ID, which is previously available at income tax site is not available now You can use other options to change your password like 1. Answer secret questions, 2. Upload DSC, 3. Using e-filing OTP, 4. Using aadhar OTP
If you are not able to use any option as mentioned above than you can request your jurisdiction assessing officer via email to change the password with request letter, PAN and aadhar card, or any one address proof like bank passbook, driving licence ect. You can also visit your jurisdiction assessing officer with request for fast processing.
