Change of name in pan card
Dear sir, change of name, address in Pan Card of my wife, but she doesn't have any id proof of present address and also we don't have marriage certificate. But I have all id and address proof in this my address. Is there any chance for changing of name address of my wife with my ID address proof. Pl advise.

Changes in the Name and Address can be made by an Correction application. If no Proof is available a Certificate from a gazetted officer can be provided.
