I have applied pan card through an agent and I got the pan card but when I check, my father name was wrongly printed as pasidi ragava reddy instead of monubolu krishna reddy. Agent has entered wrong name while filling the application . Is it possible to change now? If yes. Can I apply through online?. If No. how to proceed to change my father's name.

You have submit all the document as you had submitted for New PAN card along with application money.

Thank you for your reply. I do not have any Id proofs to submit as I am married and all the id proofs include only my Husband name. How to proceed?

Is it possible to change the entire name? or we can change only letter corrections? please suggest.
As proof of your father name you can also submit your SSC Marks sheet also

Why don't you go to that agent and talk about the misprint? Maybe they can rectify or suggest you something
