Change in partnership deed

an partnership deed is chnged  with memorandom of understanding .  in mou 2 clauses has been modified . all partners have signed mou in absence of  witnesses ... is this a valid mou ??? pl advise me on  the validity  of mou and consequences of such mou..

Hi,

 

As per my understanding, the MoU between the partners would stand on the same footing as a 'Amended/ Supplementary Partnership Deed' and therefore, if signed by all partners is valid. As for signatures of the witnesses, it only help in case of subsequent disputes as to the identity of the signing parties and/ or establishing that the signatures have not been forged or obtained without consent.
